We take apart and dismantle this illusion of safety you get from anxiety and work on letting it go. So you can step into a more powerful more abundant more radiant you.

During this session we will work together in building your mindfulness practice. I  will provide a space of peaceful meditation as well as provide reiki energy in order to help you in the moment sort through any negative thoughts that come up. We will conclude this session with a reflection of these negative thoughts and propose the question, how true are these thoughts?
 This session is not apart of an 8-week program. Anyone can do this session with or without meditation experience.
